The Bank is managed by a Supervisory Board, responsible for overseeing the Bank’s operations and a Management Board, which performs the executive function, managing the Bank’s day-to-day business and representing it in line with the Law on Credit Institutions, the Law on Companies, and the Bank’s Articles of Association.
