List of necessary documentation for opening a transaction account for international payment transactions for resident legal entities.

Along with the account opening form, the Client is obliged to submit the following documentation:

  • Incorporation certificate of the legal entity or a decision on registration in the register of the competent authority, if registration is prescribed for it
  • Notice on classification by activities of the statistical office (if available)
  • TIN and VAT taxpayer certificates
  • Certification of signatures of authorised persons
  • Specimen signatures form for persons authorised to sign payment orders
  • Identification documents of the authorised persons (signed copies)
  • Politically Exposed Person (PEP) form for authorised persons
  • Framework agreement on opening and maintaining a transaction account (concluded at the Bank after completing valid documentation)

List of necessary documentation for opening a transaction account for international payment transactions for non-resident legal entities.

Along with the account opening form, the Client is obliged to submit the following documentation:

  • Incorporation certificate from the country where the legal entity was registered or, if that country does not issue such a document, another valid document on incorporation in accordance with the regulations, which allows the Bank to determine the legal form of this legal entity, the date of its incorporation and the ownership structure
  • Articles of Association
  • Certification of signatures of authorised persons
  • Declaration of official seal, if the legal entity does not use a seal
  • Specimen signatures form for persons authorised to sign payment orders
  • Identification documents of the authorised persons (signed copies)
  • Politically Exposed Person (PEP) form for beneficial owners and authorised persons
  • Framework agreement on opening and maintaining a transaction account (concluded at the Bank after completing valid documentation)
