How to sell securities?

In order to be able to sell shares in your name, you need to:

Get a PIN code from the Central Clearing and Depository Company (www.ckdd.me) so that you can easily access the website and confirm the transfer of securities you want to sell and/or check the status of securities you own in Montenegro

Come to the broker with a certified copy of a valid identification document with a photo (ID card, passport)

Bring the transaction account card to which you want the money to be paid after the settlement of the sales transaction

Conclude a share sale agreement

The broker opens a securities ownership and trading account for you with the Central Clearing and Depository Company and enters the sale order into the stock exchange system according to your instructions. After the end of trading, in the same way as you gave the order, you will receive a confirmation of the sale of shares, and the money from the sale is paid into the submitted transaction account after settlement, the second business day from the day of sale (T+2).

If the seller of securities is a resident legal entity, the following documentation must be submitted:

  • The original or notarized copy of the incoporation certificate, indicating the name and basic data of the person authorised to represent the legal entity and the person authorised to sign payment orders for the purchase and sale of securities and/or for the disposal of money owned by the legal entity in question
  • A notarized copy of the identification document of the authorised person
  • A form with the notarized signature of the authorised person
  • A TIN taxpayer certificate
  • The name of the bank that the transaction account is maintained with and the transaction account number

Foreign legal entities must submit formation documents certified by the competent authority, whose authenticity has been established in the manner prescribed by law. The documentation must be translated by an authorised court interpreter.

How to buy securities?

In order to be able to purchase securities, you need to:

Come to the broker with a certified copy of a valid identification document with a photo (ID card, passport)

Conclude a share purchase agreement

Make an advance payment for the purchase of securities to our client transaction account number: 560-560-87

The broker opens a securities ownership and trading account with the Central Clearing and Depository Company for you, and according to your instructions, executes the order, i.e. enters it into the stock exchange system, and after the end of trading, you receive a confirmation of the completed trade. The purchased shares are recorded in your securities account with the Central Clearing and Depository Company.

If the buyer of the securities is a legal entity, it is necessary to submit the same documentation as when selling securities.
