The bank continuously monitors and updates data on clients/users of payment services.

We conducted an analysis of transaction accounts and found that with one account number the Bank is not able to track and update customer data.

In the coming period, the Bank will terminate transaction accounts for which it is not possible to update customer data, acting in accordance with Art. 20 and 23 of the Payment Code (“Official Gazette CG”, No. 62/13, 6/14, 111/22, 7/23 and 15/25).

Clients/users of payment services who wish to continue to use transaction accounts for the execution of payment transactions may, by 01.07.2025, contact the nearest branch of the Bank or contact info@ucbank.meor on 020/481/481.

This notice will be published on 29.04.2025 on the Bank's website www.ucbank.me.
