General terms and conditions

Dear customers,

We would like to inform you that the General Terms and Conditions of Business have been in force since 30.09.2022 and refer to the existing and new contractual relations between the client and the Bank.

The Bank will highlight the General Terms and Conditions of Business in a prominent place in the Bank's business premises, and on the Bank's online presentation. By such highlighting of the General Terms and Conditions of Business, it is considered that the same are available to the Client and that he is familiar with their content.

With the application in business of these General Terms and Conditions, the General Terms and Conditions of Business cease to apply from 01.07.2022.

If you do not agree with the above document, you have the right to submit a written objection to the Bank no later than 30.09.2022 and terminate the business cooperation and terminate the contracts concluded with the Bank, whereby you are obliged to settle all your obligations to the Bank beforehand. Otherwise, we will consider that you agree to the changes.
