PSD2 — Open Banking

On 08.04.2024. the Law on Amendments and Supplements to the Payment Traffic Act begins with the implementation of the PSD2 directive harmonized with modern standards of payment traffic in the European Union.

We are pleased to inform our existing and future clients that UCB has fully welcomed all regulatory amendments and fully aligned its business with the new standards, implementing API interface solution and thus providing full support to a greater degree of transparency and competitiveness in the field of payment services and in our market. PSD2 infrastructure will be available to all users, fintech companies and third parties in real time, offering new services in the market — payment account information services and payment initiation service, while respecting all security and protection requirements of payment service users.
