VISA Classic Debit is an international payment card that allows you to easily access the funds on your account – whether you are paying in a store, withdrawing cash, or shopping online.
- Cash withdrawals at ATMs and payment for goods and services in the country and abroad at POS terminals displaying the VISA sign

- The cardholder spends only as much as there are funds available in the account to which the card is linked
- Money is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week
- The card is issued with the opening of a transaction account and submission of an application
- At the user’s request, additional cards may be issued – all transactions are charged to the primary card account
- Card validity – 48 months, with automatic renewal upon expiry
- Transaction overview available via SMS service
- Contactless payment – without PIN entry up to EUR 40, above this amount a PIN code is required

Cash withdrawal fees:
- At ATMs of other banks in the country: 3.00% (min. EUR 3.00)
- Abroad: 3.50% (min. EUR 3.50)
Daily limits:
- ATM: EUR 500.00
- POS terminals: EUR 1,000.00
- Total daily limit: EUR 1,500.00
Who can be a cardholder?
Any adult citizen of Montenegro, as well as a foreigner with residence in the country.
